• Usage data: Search queries, scan history, and feature usage to improve the Service.

NIQIS analyzes publicly available business information including website content, contact details listed on websites, and Google business listings. We do not access private or password-protected information.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts, service updates).
• To monitor usage patterns and prevent abuse of the Service.
• To respond to support requests and communicate about your account.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing.
• Supabase: For secure data storage and authentication.
• Google: For business listing data via the Places API.
• AI providers: For website analysis. No personal user data is sent to AI models.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Cached business data expires after 90 days and is automatically purged. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers. Analytics data is collected in aggregate and cannot identify individual users.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
